Easy Returns
We offer hassle-free returns on all eligible products within 30 days of delivery. If you’re not happy with your purchase, simply follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to info@harfmarketing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack It Up: Make sure the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Send It Back: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label, and you can drop it off at your nearest courier service.
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note, that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
Exchanges
Need a different color or size? No problem! We offer exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.
Here’s how it works:

- Return the Original: Once we get your original product back, we’ll ship out the replacement at no extra cost to you.
If the item you want is out of stock, we’ll let you know and offer a refund or help you choose another product.

- Clearance or sale items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
